Enhancing Open Data to Linked Open Data

Enhancing Open Data to Linked Open Data is challenging especially in case of Big Data. Providing an effective breakthrough to this challenge in the context of data coming from the Italian Public Administration (PA) is the objective of this project, which is co-founded by Italian Digital Transformation Team (https://teamdigitale.governo.it/en/) and STLab. STLab is contributing to the project by designing (i) a modular and high-scalable Ontology Network and (ii) a set of methodologies and tools to foster the population of a knowledge graph with the Linked Open Data gathered by enhancing the Open Data published by the Italian PA and modelled by using our Ontology Network as the reference knowledge schema.
